The ED DAY "Charity Challenge" will be a bracket style elimination with a "Winner take all for their Charity" stipulation.
Prior to the event, charities will be chosen as possible winners of the pot.

64 racers will be split into 16 teams of 4, with each team fighting to win the proceeds for their chosen charity.

Cost per team to enter is $125.00 To be paid to Charity Challenge

CMDR – Central Mass Drag Racers club members only. Handicapped ET racing, .500 Full tree, reaction time qualifying. Laddered first round.

Best reaction time between both TT determines bye run in 1st round if not laddered.

Best reaction time in subsequent rounds of eliminations gets bye run in next round of eliminations if a ladder is not computer generated.

Pit Gate opens at 8 am.

Open time trials (TT) starts at 9 am.

Qualifying at 10:30 and 11:30 approx.

All racers in competition that are eliminated may go into open TT for the rest of the day.

TT will be called to lanes by wrist band color when and if deemed necessary by track personnel to maintain an orderly flow of the staging lanes.

TT racers should arrive no later than 2:45 pm. Tech and credentials close promptly at 3 pm.

Staging lanes closing time will be dependent on number of cars in the lanes to accommodate a timely shutdown of TT.

No warnings for missing or improper safety equipment once you have gone down the track, you will not be allowed back on the track, no refunds or rain check issued.

If 4 hours of racing on the track, in succession or combined, during the day has not occurred racers will be rain checked. (Example: if we start racing at 9 and it rains at 1 no rain checks, regardless of what time racer got there.) Eliminators will not be rain checked after 1st round completed for their eliminator.
