This weekend kicks off the start of our 2017 VP Race Fuels ET Series with a full day of racing action both Saturday and Sunday. Racers will compete for thousands of dollars in purse money on Saturday and Sunday. Cars will hit the track at 9:30AM with 2 qualifying passes and eliminations will follow thereafter. You can see everything from Jr Dragsters and street cars to 6 second 200 MPH dragsters traverse the ¼ mile. Spectator admission is only $15. Concession stand is open first thing in the morning serving up breakfast till 10:30 then will switch over to their lunch menu. There’s plenty of open seating and free access to the pit area to check all the different variations of power combinations and watch between rounds maintenance.
The first 8 races this season will determine who gets a shot at King of the Track title this year. This will be a mid-season championship race. At the conclusion of the eighth points race (half way through our sixteen race series) on July 8th the top two points earners through the eighth race in the qualifying classes (Red’s Shoe Barn Super Pro, A&B Tire Pro, Tim’s Speed & Custom Street, and MOMS Motorcycle/Snowmobile) will face off against each other to determine the King of the Track/Midseason Grand Champion.
